Somerset Hills Safety Consultants was started in January 2023 by Nicholas Witczak to help people become prepared for emergencies as well as help citizens smoothly pass the rigorous NJ code required fire inspection during a home sale.  We are a NJ State Division of Consumer Affairs licensed home improvement contractor.

Nick has been both a volunteer and professional first responder as a firefighter and as an EMT since 2007. Mr. Witczak is also a NJ state certified fire official and fire inspector.

Mr. Witczak has also worked for several years in the fire protection industry as a corporate safety coordinator and project manager.

 In 2014 Nick graduated from the University of New Haven with a bachelors in Fire Science and certificate in Fire Prevention.

Mr. Witczak is also NJ Division of Fire Safety Certified as a fire instructor level 1 and drill ground instructor, American Heart Association CPR/First Aid Instructor, CEVO and an American Health and Safety Institute instructor for their CPR/AED, Advanced First Aid & EMR curriculums.
